Understand Horses is equine education provider presenting accredited, practical, evidence-based courses on a range of topics including horse behaviour, training, nutrition, physiology and welfare.

Understand Horses was founded by equine behaviour consultant Justine Harrison and all our professional contributors are experts in their field.

Short on-demand courses and scheduled instructor-led courses are aimed at horse owners, equine students, veterinarians and industry professionals. Our mission is to provide clear, well presented, evidence-based content that is easy to understand and useful to anyone that is interested in learning more about horses and equine science.
