Becca Lazarus

Becca Lazarus is an experienced professional in talent development and people operations, currently serving as Senior Manager of Talent Development Operations and Senior Manager of People Operations at Understood.org since April 2022. Prior to this, Becca held various roles at BrainPOP, including Employee Experience Manager and Talent Acquisition Specialist, where responsibilities encompassed full-cycle recruitment and employee onboarding. Becca’s career also includes positions at leading advertising agencies such as TBWA\Chiat\Day and Droga5, where administrative support and HR coordination were key functions. Becca began early career efforts as a Campus Ambassador for Intern Queen Inc. and has hands-on experience from internships at Epic Records and Clear Channel. Becca holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Advertising, and Public Relations from the University of Hartford.
