Charlie Doolittle

Charlie Doolittle has a diverse work experience in the education sector. Charlie began their career as a Secondary Teacher in Milwaukee Public Schools from 2010 to 2011. Charlie then joined Miami-Dade County Public Schools as a Secondary Teacher from 2011 to 2013. Charlie then transitioned to the U.S. Department of Education, where they worked as a Senior Policy Advisor from 2013 to 2017. Following that, they worked as a Consultant at Education Consulting Group from 2017 to 2018. Charlie then became the Director of Teacher Talent at the Council of Chief State School Officers from 2018 to 2019. Currently, they are the Director of Growth & Development at Understood, starting from 2020.

Charlie Doolittle completed a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree at Marquette University from 2006 to 2010. During this time, they studied Sociology, Social Philosophy, and Spanish for the Professions. Following their undergraduate studies, Charlie pursued further education at the University of Miami from 2010 to 2012. Charlie obtained a Master of Science in Education (M.S.Ed.) degree with a focus on Education and Social Change.
