Deborah Wilson

Deborah Wilson, SPHR, has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of HR and talent development. Deborah is currently working as the Head of People & Culture at Understood.org since May 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Global Head of Talent Development at Shutterstock from June 2021 to April 2023. Deborah also held the role of Member at Chief from November 2021 to November 2022.

Before that, Deborah worked at Wunderman Thompson as the Global Head of People Development from October 2018 to June 2021 and at Wunderman as the Global Head of Learning & Development from February 2016 to October 2018.

Additionally, they held significant positions at Cushman & Wakefield, including Head of Global Talent Management & Corporate Human Resources from 2007 to 2015 and Head of Learning & Organizational Development from 2004 to 2007.
