Associate Director, Email Marketing at Understood

Harrison Boyd has extensive work experience in marketing and loyalty programs. Harrison started their career in 1998 with the San Diego Padres, where they held various roles, including Manager of Marketing Services. During their tenure, they oversaw advertising and digital marketing efforts, managed market research, and maintained brand integrity. Harrison then moved on to Deckers Brands in 2014, where they served as an Associate Marketing Manager and later as the Manager of Retention & Loyalty Marketing. In these roles, they managed multi-million dollar email programs, led strategic planning sessions, and drove customer and program growth. In 2018, Harrison joined Shoe Carnival, Inc. as a Senior Marketing Manager, overseeing the retail CRM team and driving omnichannel growth through data-driven, customer-centric marketing. Harrison also led loyalty, email, and mobile marketing efforts. Currently, Harrison is working at Understood as the Associate Director of Email Marketing.

Harrison Boyd holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Science/Economics from San Diego State University. In addition, they have obtained certifications in MECLABS Email Messaging Optimization and MECLABS Online Testing from the institution MECLABS in February 2015.
