Matt Herold has extensive experience in the diving and underwater construction industry, beginning as a freelance commercial diver for various inland and salvage companies from 1996 to 2004. Matt advanced to serve as a salvage diver at Resolve Marine Group from 2000 to 2004. Between 2001 and 2008, Matt worked at Underwater Construction Corporation as a diver and dive supervisor, participating in projects for fossil and hydro electric power plants across the Eastern United States. Since May 2009, Matt has held multiple roles, including Operations Manager and Project Manager, at UESI, demonstrating a strong leadership and project management capability in the field. Matt's educational background includes training from International ATMO, Inc., and Divers Academy International.
