Simon Coutts is an experienced engineering leader currently serving as the Director of Engineering at UnderwriteMe since June 2025. Previously, Simon held significant roles at Beamery from February 2021 to March 2025, including VP of Engineering and Senior Engineering Director, contributing to the development of Beamery’s Talent Operating System. Simon’s earlier experience includes serving as the Head of Software Development at DAZN, where Simon established the London Software Development Centre and managed multiple product development teams. At Perform Group, Simon progressed through various leadership roles, including Head of Solutions & Delivery and Head of Development for UK, Northern Europe & Switzerland, focusing on managing software development projects and client relationships.
