Creating cultures, supporting change, making the complex simple.

We coach individuals, leadership teams and whole organisations as they transform themselves in order to achieve their strategic objectives. We know how to help you and your team effect real and lasting change by developing essential human values while simultaneously learning to embrace cutting-edge technology.
Hundreds of organisations and thousands of individuals have used us to:

Develop, articulate and communicate a clear strategic vision;
Plan, structure and implement the culture-change necessary to achieve that vision;
Inspire, educate and mentor your people to overcome individual and organisational barriers to change.

Whatever sector you're in, we can give you the inspiration, structure and tools you need to make a success of your vision.

Whether it's a single inspiration session or an extended transformation programme, Undiscovered Country has everything you need:

Initial audits to provide an objective appraisal of your situation, whether that's in terms of human relationships, Teaching and Learning culture or the technology environment;

An inspiration session to launch the programme and maximise engagement;
A dedicated online environment allowing your people to learn when and where they like;
A structure to help them make sense of the programme - to give them and you a map for the journey
Regular reviews to monitor and assess progress and decide what to keep, what to develop, and what to let go.
