UNDONE is the very first range of non-alcoholic drinks crafted from authentic alcoholic distillates. Honoring the tradition of classic distillation and fermentation our portfolio includes Spirits, Aperitifs, Wines, and RTDs — all carefully de-alcoholized to preserve the true essence.

From rum, gin, whiskey, and mezcal alternatives to full-flavor Italian and French-style aperitifs, and two sparkling wines, UNDONE offers a modern take on drinking culture. We reimagine iconic cocktails — including the Negroni UNDONE, Jamaican Mule UNDONE, and Cuba Libre UNDONE — delivering complexity without compromise.

Founded in Hamburg by André Stork and Mehmet Ünlü, UNDONE launched in New York and is now available in 20+ countries worldwide.

Our mission: To liberate drinking culture from the dominance of alcohol.
Our goal: To reduce global alcohol consumption by 20% by 2025 — by offering freedom, flavor, and a new way to drink.
