Blerta Cela is a senior manager with over 25 years of experience in policy advocacy and program management, currently serving as the Resident Representative for UNDP Côte d'Ivoire. They have provided oversight and support for program interventions across more than 50 countries, managing financial budgets exceeding $1 billion and leading teams of over 500 personnel. Previously, Blerta worked with the UNDP HIV AIDS Group and UN Women, focusing on governance and gender equality initiatives.
