Cody Wallace

Cody Wallace is a Policy and Governance Specialist at UNDP since December 2021, focusing on policy research and open data analysis in development cooperation and humanitarian aid financing. Prior experience includes serving as a Programme Management Specialist at UNDESA, where responsibilities included managing the UN Peace and Development Trust Fund’s portfolio and drafting annual reports. Cody's background also includes roles as a Programme Officer at the United Nations Mine Action Service, overseeing humanitarian efforts in the Middle East, and working as a Research Policy Fellow at the Centre for Security Governance. Additional experience includes research positions at Carnegie Middle East Center and American University of Beirut, and data analysis roles at The MILLA Project and the Institute for the Study of Violent Groups. Cody holds a Master’s degree from the American University of Beirut and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of New Haven.
