Governance For Resilience - Associate

Daniel Lund serves as a Special Adviser on Climate Action for the Fijian Government, focusing on strategic advisory roles within the Climate Change Division. Since August 2019, Daniel has acted as the Loss and Damage National Focal Point for UNFCCC and has led various initiatives such as the development of Fiji's Climate Change Act Implementation Strategy. Experience also includes positions with UNDP as an Associate for Governance for Resilience, and as a Pacific Climate Finance and Insurance Specialist with the World Resources Institute. Additional roles include contributions to the Climate Relocation of Communities Trust Fund and policy advisement for Timor Leste's revised NDC. Daniel holds multiple degrees from The University of Edinburgh and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Sussex, specializing in carbon management and climate change management.
