David R. Jordon

David Jordon is an experienced technology leader currently serving as Deputy CIO and Chief of Communication, Change, and Performance Management at UNDP since August 2005. Jordon has held various positions at UNDP, including Enterprise Application Portfolio Manager, where oversight of a global enterprise application shared services platform was key, managing a diverse team in financial, human capital, and customer relationship management systems. Previous roles include Production Support Manager and Production Support Specialist, focusing on ERP solutions and application support. Earlier career experiences include serving as a Senior Application Developer Analyst at the International Monetary Fund and as a Senior Consultant at TSC - Technology Solutions Company, specializing in PeopleSoft ERP applications. Jordon holds a Master of Science in Technology Management, Data Management, and Analytics from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science from the University at Albany.
