Devjit Roy Chowdhury

Devjit Roy Chowdhury is a seasoned expert in sustainable finance with significant experience across various international organizations. Currently serving as the Chief Technical Expert for the ASSIST Joint Program with UNDP since April 2022, Devjit advises multiple UN agencies in Indonesia on sustainable finance and has contributed to strategic recommendations for the Financing for Development portfolio. Prior roles include Economic Advisor for the Climate Change and International Cooperation Division at the Ministry of Economy in Fiji, Senior Associate at KPMG Singapore, and Economist at ICIMOD. Devjit holds a Master of Public Administration from the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy, a Master of Science in Economics from Louisiana State University, a Master of Science in Quantitative Economics from the Indian Statistical Institute, and a Bachelor of Science (Honors) in Economics from Presidency University, Kolkata.
