Emefa Duah is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in data analysis and human resources spanning various organizations. Currently serving as an African Young Women Leaders Fellow (AfYWL) and HR Analyst at UNDP, Emefa contributes expertise in HR and people analytics. Previously, Emefa held positions at Beacon Power Services as a Data Analyst, significantly enhancing data quality and employing tools like Python and SQL. As a Co-Founder of Modexa Biotech in Accra, Ghana, Emefa aims to advance precision medicine through innovative technology. Emefa's educational background includes a Master of Philosophy in Statistics from the University of Ghana and specialized training at Queen's University and Columbia University, solidifying a strong foundation in statistics and data science.
