James Malish

James Malish has extensive experience in IT support and information management, having worked with various organizations including Multisystem Co. Ltd, MAG (Mines Advisory Group), the Norwegian Refugee Council, and UNDP. As an IT Support Specialist, James provided comprehensive support including workstation maintenance and malware removal, while also engaging in graphic design and project development. At MAG, James co-led the rollout of the Operational Management Information System in South Sudan and ensured data accuracy through regular quality monitoring. In the role of Protection Information Management Coordinator at the Norwegian Refugee Council, James developed a nationwide management system and provided technical guidance to protection teams. Academic credentials include a Master’s degree in Management Information Systems from Addis Ababa University, along with several diplomas in Human Resources Management and Monitoring and Evaluating Systems. James also has experience in broadcasting, having worked as a radio host, where responsibilities included producing shows and managing on-air segments.
