Laetitia Beuscher has 15 years of professional experience in stabilization, peacebuilding, and humanitarian policy, with a focus on program design, management, and strategic planning in conflict-affected countries. They have worked with prominent organizations including the World Bank, UN, and European Union, providing advisory support on governance and multi-stakeholder processes in regions such as Mali, South Sudan, and the DRC. Laetitia's expertise encompasses multi-donor trust fund management and performance review, underpinning their strong capabilities in policy analysis and strategic planning. They hold a Master's degree in International Relations from The Johns Hopkins University and a Master's in Management and Business Administration from Audencia. Currently, Laetitia is serving as a Senior Consultant for UNDP, advising on climate multi-partner trust fund governance in Mali and the DRC.
