Layan Faisal

Layan Faisal possesses extensive experience in urban planning and project analysis, currently serving as a Programme Analyst and Head of Solutions Mapping at UNDP from January 2021 to April 2024. Prior to this role, Layan gained valuable experience as an Urban Planning & Design Analyst at UN-Habitat from December 2014 to November 2017 and completed an internship at CMD Ingenieros in 2012. Layan also held an internship position at Futurecity in September 2018. Academic credentials include a Master of Arts in Narrative Environments from the University of the Arts London (2017-2019) and a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from Effat University (2008-2012).
