Mark Dibiase

Policy Specialist

Mark DiBiase is a seasoned policy specialist with extensive experience in international development and public health. Currently serving at the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) since March 2015, Mark previously worked as a consultant for the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis, and Malaria, where analysis of grant proposals focused on human rights and key populations was conducted. Prior roles include program officer for High Impact Africa at the Global Fund from January 2009 to September 2014 and program officer at the New York City Department of Cultural Affairs from 2002 to 2007. Mark holds a Master of International Affairs with a focus on International Finance and Economic Policy from Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Syracuse University.
