Dr. Omar Ouda is a Senior Water and Environmental Management Advisor, currently registered as a Professional Engineer in Ontario, Canada, and as a Project Management Professional in the USA. With 23 years of international academic and industrial experience, Dr. Ouda has managed and analyzed significant water resources and environmental projects. They have contributed over 60 scientific papers and completed more than 60 studies addressing water and environmental management challenges in the Middle East. Their academic roles included positions as an Associate Professor and Assistant Professor in Civil and Environmental Engineering at various institutions. Dr. Ouda holds a PhD in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Stuttgart University, along with a Master’s degree from IHE-UNESCO and a Bachelor’s degree from United Arab Emirates University.
