Parnell Dimanche is currently the National Coordinator for the GEF-Small Grant Program at the United Nations Development Program (UNDP), where they oversee day-to-day administrative activities and coordinate monitoring and evaluation of projects. Previously, Parnell served as the Regional Director for Chemonics International, leading technical activities to enhance productivity and sustainability in the Cul de Sac Watershed in Haiti. Parnell's educational background includes a Master's degree in Aquatic Resources Management from the University of Liege, Belgium. In their early career, Parnell was the Person in Charge of Publication at the Coordination Nationale pour la Securite Alimentaire from 2008 to 2009.
