Patrick Dulay

Patrick Dulay is the Founder and CEO of The Spark Project, an online platform aimed at empowering conscious entrepreneurs and creatives in the Philippines since 2013. In addition to this role, Patrick serves as a Crowdfunding and E-commerce Consultant for the UNDP's Youth Co:lab - Springboard Program, assisting social innovators in securing funding through crowdfunding. Patrick has a rich background in consulting, previously working as a Senior Consultant at Netlogic Solutions Asia, Inc., and as a Program Partner for Globe Telecom's Globe Future Makers initiative. Other notable roles include founding Obrano Maynila, serving as Director at Bayan Academy, and mentoring incubation programs at Benilde HiFi. Patrick holds multiple degrees, including a Master’s in Entrepreneurship from Ateneo Graduate School of Business and a Master’s in Global E-Business from the University of Lille 1 Sciences and Technology.
