Pau Blanquer

Pau Blanquer is an Aid Coordination and Strategic Planning Specialist at UNDP, currently serving as the Head of the Development Partners Group Secretariat. With extensive experience in international development, Pau has contributed significantly to initiatives in sustainable development, peacebuilding, and aid effectiveness. Pau's prior roles include serving as a Policy Advisor for the Scaling Up Nutrition Movement and a Policy and Aid Effectiveness Specialist at UNDP, where they enhanced development cooperation effectiveness in Ethiopia. They hold an International PhD in Plant Production from the University of Palermo and completed a System Dynamics-based Development Planning Course at the University of Bergen.
