Peter Liria

Peter Liria, Esq. is the Chief Ethics Officer at UNDP, where they lead global ethics initiatives in a complex environment. They previously served as VP of Ethics, Compliance, and Corporate Secretary at Empire Blue Cross Blue Shield and held the position of Senior Director of Global Ethics & Compliance at Avaya Inc. Liria has a strong background in corporate governance and has achieved global recognition for compliance programs during their tenure. They are currently pursuing a JD in Labor & Employment at New York Law School and hold a BBA from Pace University in Labor Management Relations, Accounting, and Political Science.
