Phanith Chou

Phanith Chou is an environmental economist specializing in agri-value chains, climate change, and nature-based solutions. They have served as a lead consultant for various organizations, including Conservation International and the Alliance of Biodiversity International and CIAT, where they focused on socio-economic studies and value chain assessments in Southeast Asia. Currently, Phanith leads the Lower Mekong Hub for Oxford Policy Management and is involved in projects centered on climate-resilient agriculture and ecosystem services valuation. They hold a Ph.D. in International Development with a focus on Environmental Economics from Nagoya University.
