Rina Constantine

Rina Constantine is an attorney and public policy expert with an LL.M from Harvard Law School and currently a PhD candidate at La Sorbonne. They possess over a decade of experience advising governments and international organizations, particularly in constitutional law, judicial governance, and international arbitration. Rina serves as an International Affairs and Law Advisor to the Lebanese Minister of Justice and holds a position as a Senior Public Policy Expert with the UNDP. They also lecture on constitutional law at Saint Joseph University of Beirut and maintain an active international arbitration practice. Rina's work emphasizes institutional reform and strategic engagement among local and international stakeholders.
