Ruchi Pant

Ruchi Pant is an experienced policy consultant and analyst with a strong background in natural resource management, biodiversity, and environmental law. Ruchi's professional journey includes roles at WaterAid as a Policy Consultant, the International Institute for Environment and Development as a Policy Analyst, and UNDP where Ruchi served as a Programme Analyst and later as Head of Natural Resource Management and Biodiversity. Ruchi has successfully mobilized resources from the GEF cycles and has been designated as the South Asia regional lead by the Convention on Biological Diversity. Ruchi's academic credentials include a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, a Bachelor’s Degree in Law, a Master’s Degree in Business Economics, a diploma in Conservation and Environmental Law, and a PhD from Jawaharlal Nehru University in Law and Governance.
