Secil Avci is the Head of Procurement Unit at UNDP Turkey, a position held since 2006. Previously, they worked as a Commercial Specialist at Siemens from 1996 to 2005. Secil earned a Master of Business Administration from Başkent Üniversitesi in 2021, and holds a degree in Business Administration from Middle East Technical University, completed in 1996. They also studied International Trade at Ryerson Polytechnic University in 2002.
