Sergio Mainetti is an experienced leader in humanitarian operations, currently serving as the Country Director for People in Need since August 2024, where responsibilities include strategic leadership and ensuring compliance with organizational values and policies. Previously, Mainetti held various roles at INTERSOS, including Head of Programmes, Program Coordinator, and Acting Country Director between January 2022 and January 2024.
