Stefan Affonso

Stefan Affonso is a Fulbright scholar and former military officer with a diverse background in public affairs, business continuity, and public policy. Having served as a Policy Analyst at the Ministry of Public Administration and as a Disaster Management Coordinator at the Ministry of Rural Development and Local Government, they are currently the Head of Experimentation at UNDP. Stefan possesses extensive educational qualifications, including a Master of Business Administration from MIU City University and an MSc in International Relations from The Institute of International Relations, UWI. Their work focuses on enhancing disaster risk resilience and implementing innovative governance strategies.
