Tigran A. is a seasoned technical consultant specializing in infrastructure construction and project management. They currently serve as an Infrastructure Expert with the Austrian Development Agency, coordinating multiple community infrastructure projects in Syunik, while also holding the role of Civil Engineering Expert for UNDP, leading construction and rehabilitation efforts in regional water infrastructures.
