Vanessa Schultz is a Resource Mobilization Consultant specializing in Disaster Risk Reduction and Recovery at the UNDP since September 2021, focusing on resource mobilization strategies, knowledge management, and project management. Previously, Vanessa contributed to the UN CADRI Partnership Secretariat as a Resource Mobilization & External Engagement Consultant and served as a Carlo Schmid Fellow with the UN Capacity for Disaster Reduction Initiative (CADRI), where significant accomplishments included revising questionnaire modules and developing funding proposals. Vanessa holds a Master of Arts in Ethics from Ruhr University Bochum and has participated in ERASMUS programs in Italy and the Caribbean, along with a BA in Social Sciences from Hochschule Fulda.
