Xiaoling Zhang

Xiaoling Zhang has extensive experience in monitoring, evaluation, and learning, currently working at the UNDP in the Crisis Bureau and the Independent Evaluation Office since February 2020. Prior to this role, Xiaoling contributed to quality assurance and monitoring and evaluation at ITCILO from January 2018 to January 2020. Earlier career experience includes knowledge management and organizational development at UNICRI from April 2013 to December 2017, as well as research and program management focused on public-private partnerships for security. Xiaoling holds a Master of Science in Culture and Society, Sociology from The London School of Economics and Political Science obtained in 2012 and a Bachelor of Arts in Portuguese Language and Literature with a minor in International Economics and Trade from Beijing Foreign Studies University, completed in 2011.
