Xin Tong

Xin Tong serves as a Project Manager for the UN Solutions Adviser Facility on Solutions to Internal Displacement at UNDP since April 2021, also holding roles as a Policy Analyst within the UNDP Crisis Bureau and Special Assistant to the UNDP Senior Advisor on Internal Displacement. Previous experience includes project management in mine action and development, as well as various roles at Columbia University in both teaching and program assistance. Additional experience encompasses consulting for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Estonia and interning with the Woman Support Association and UNESCO. Xin Tong holds a Master of International Affairs from Columbia University, focusing on Human Rights and Humanitarian Policies, as well as a Master of Arts in International and Comparative Education from Teachers College, Columbia University.
