Yogesh Bhatt

Yogesh Bhatt is an experienced professional in the field of evaluation and development. Currently serving as a Senior Evaluation Advisor at the United Nations Development Programme since December 2016, Yogesh has previously held significant positions such as Adviser and Head of Evaluation at the Commonwealth Secretariat from May 2009 to February 2016, and various roles at the International Water Management Institute from July 2002 to April 2009, including Knowledge Management, Impact and Learning Coordinator and Global Coordinator for the Dialogue on Water, Food and Environment. Earlier in the career, Yogesh worked as Manager of Monitoring, Evaluation and Organisational Learning at CARE, Programme Associate for Participatory Research and Development at the International Center for Participatory Research and Development- PRIA, Project Fellow at the G B Pant Institute of Himalayan Environment and Development, and Research Fellow at the Indian Council for Agriculture Research.
