Yu Ding is a former digital economy consultant with the United Nations Organization and a former senior consultant at the International Finance Corporation (IFC). Currently, Yu serves as the Chief Technical Advisor for the UNDP China SDG finance project, while also founding an AI startup focused on transforming digital applications. Yu has extensive experience in green and digital finance, holding advisory roles for organizations such as Suzhou DX Financial Consulting and GIZ GmbH. Yu holds a PhD in Economic Policy from the University of Cologne and has participated in various educational initiatives, including as a guest professor at the Shanghai International Banking and Finance Institute.
