Most teams struggle to make AI improve how work gets done, not because they haven’t found the “perfect” tool, but because work becomes harder to coordinate, delegate, and scale as organizations grow.

At Undreamt, we help teams make work run better by redesigning workflows and applying AI and automation in the right places. We start with how work actually flows so technology improves operations instead of creating more coordination and rework.

That starts with making workflows visible. We look at where work slows down, where decisions get revisited, and where progress depends on specific people instead of clear handoffs. This makes it clear where AI and automation will help and where they won’t.

We work in two phases:

1. First, we assess and plan by auditing a critical workflow. We examine how work moves today, where decisions slow things down, and where manual effort or handoffs create friction. From there, we define what should change, what can be automated, in what order, and why.

2. Then, we support implementation and rollout, helping teams apply AI and automation in a way that delivers measurable improvements to how their operations run.

We move quickly, but with intention. By focusing on one workflow at a time, teams see progress early without disrupting day-to-day operations, making the next changes easier to adopt.

If you’re exploring AI or automation and want clarity before making changes, start with our free Workflow & AI Assessment. We’ll look at one workflow together and talk through what makes sense next.
