Antonio R. is the Academic Secretary in the Computer Science Engineering Faculty and Principal Investigator of the CiberCSI research group at UNED. They hold a Ph.D. in Computer Science from Universidad de Castilla-La Mancha, earned in 2008, and have served as an Assistant Professor since 2009. Qualified as an Associate Professor by the Spanish Government in 2012, Antonio has held a permanent position since 2017 and became an Associate Professor in 2018. Their current research interests include quality of service support in distributed systems, Big Data infrastructures, and learning analytics for distance education. Additionally, Antonio serves as ViceChair at IEEE - Spain Section and Vice-Dean of Technology in the Computer Science Engineering School at UNED.
