Juan Montero

Juan J Montero is a prominent expert in the regulation of network industries, with a focus on transport, telecommunications, audiovisual, and postal services. They currently serve as Full Professor and Director of the Administrative Law Department at UNED in Madrid and as Director of the Florence School of Regulation-Transport Chapter at the European University Institute.
