Vicent Flor has extensive experience in academia and cultural management. From October 1998 to March 2015, public engagement and education efforts were spearheaded as a curator at the Museu Valencià de la Il·lustració i de la Modernitat, focusing on quality management and studies of public audiences. Since October 1999, Vicent has served as a professor tutor at UNED in Alzira-València, teaching various sociology and tourism subjects, including Political Anthropology and Economic Anthropology. Additionally, from September 2000 to December 2015, responsibilities included being an associated professor at the Universidad de Valencia, instructing courses across multiple disciplines. Between 2011 and 2015, Vicent was the academic director at Fundació Nexe, overseeing strategic lines and academic representation. Currently, since December 2015, Vicent has been the director-manager at the Institució Alfons el Magnànim, coordinating all management and editorial tasks along with four research institutes. Educational qualifications include a Doctorate in Sociology from the Universidad de Valencia and two licenciaturas from UNED in Cultural Anthropology and Political Science and Sociology.
