Stella Delouis

Stella Delouis is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in social law and institutional relations. Currently serving as Administratrice AGIRC ARRCO and Conseillère technique CFDT at Agirc-Arrco since September 2020, Stella also holds the position of Administratrice Présidente CASS CNAV at Cnav since May 2019. Involved with UNEDIC since January 2008, Stella has worked in various capacities including Juriste-expert and has played a significant role in regional and institutional relations. Prior experience includes serving as Secrétaire nationale at CFDT Protection Sociale Travail Emploi (PSTE) from January 2000 to December 2007 and working in institutional partnership relations at ASSEDIC DE L'EST FRANCILIEN from May 1990 to December 2007. Stella's education includes a Master II in social law from Sorbonne University, ongoing studies at Sorbonne University and the Institut des hautes études de défense nationale, as well as a degree in administration and social studies from Sorbonne University, completed in December 2021 at the Institut des hautes études de protection sociale.
