UNeFAi (Users’ Needs First Ai)'s mission is to help enterprises accelerate the adoption of AI agents. We define an AI agent as “software that harnesses large language models (LLMs) to perform cognitive work on behalf of users, teams or organizations”. At the current technology boundary, we conservatively estimate the potential to immediately offload cognitive work to between 20% to 50%, depending on the organization.

To make this a reality, we're building the UNeFAi Agent Management Platform (AMP), which enables us to deliver AI-agents as-a-service. This platform specifically addresses three critical challenges that enterprises typically face today:

• Discover: Quickly identify and prioritize high-value opportunities for AI agents using an automated analysis framework, cutting this part of the process from weeks & months down to hours & days.

• Deploy: Roll out AI agents securely, consistently, and in full compliance with regulations (the UNeFAi AMP is designed to be ISO 27000 and GDPR compliant from day one).

• Maintain & Improve: Ensure agents remain up-to-date (including seamless swapping of LLMs), monitor their performance and effectiveness, and continuously improve based on data driven fly wheel.

On top of this platform, we offer our own native UNeFAi agents as-a-service. We also collaborate with domain experts to offer their agents on the platform, and support enterprises that prefer to build custom agents.
