Unequity GmbH is a consulting and communications agency, founded in 2011 by Simone Schmitt-Schillig, with headquarters in Munich, and a branch in Königstein, Taunus. Its clients include prestigious companies such as McDonald’s, Siemens, Merck, TUI, and Axel Springer.

Unequity develops internal leadership and employee communication campaigns for medium-sized companies and large corporations. In particular, the focus is on creative design and the professional realization of target group and needs-orientated HR communication, to help organizations recruit and retain employees.

Unequity uses communication to build bridges when the sender and the audience are unable to connect, and the content is complex. The agency’s expertise includes transformation and change projects, employee participation programs, career and development, as well as compensation and benefits projects, and total rewards communication.

With its “Explore-Engage-Shine" process, the agency has developed an effective, tried-and-tested strategy for successful projects. Like a chameleon that skillfully adapts to its environment, Unequity understands the art of contextual communication–visible when required, and invisible when discretion is needed.
