Aldi Surya

Aldi Surya has accumulated extensive experience in project management and disaster relief, currently serving as a Project Assistant at UNESCO since July 2021, where responsibilities include tracking project activities and managing budgets. Prior to this role, Aldi was a Project Manager at Human Initiative, overseeing disaster-relief projects through their entire lifecycle. Additional roles at Human Initiative included Disaster Relief Officer and Economic Empowerment Officer, where contributions were made in planning and implementing community support initiatives. Aldi also completed an internship with Chicago Beyond in 2017, supported by the US Department of State, and began a professional journey as a Management Trainee. Aldi holds a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from Universitas Andalas, earned between 2007 and 2011.
