Daniel Calarco is the President of the Observatório Internacional da Juventude, an organization dedicated to empowering youth in Brazil's marginalized communities. Raised in Vila Vintém, Rio de Janeiro, they focus on creating inclusive and sustainable environments for the next generation of leaders. Daniel has worked with various organizations, including UNESCO and the United Nations, to enhance youth participation in global agendas. As an Obama Scholar at Columbia University, they developed innovative approaches to support climate leaders in Brazil. Currently, Daniel contributes to sustainable development initiatives and is a member of the United Nations Global Compact Youth Committee in Brazil.
