Daphnée Blanc is a seasoned professional in health and education with extensive experience in project management and advocacy. As a Regional Project Officer at UNESCO since March 2022, Daphnée oversees the O3 PLUS programme, focusing on positive health and education outcomes for young people across Eastern and Southern Africa. Previously, Daphnée served as a Project Manager for the International AIDS Society, leading the CIPHER initiative aimed at enhancing paediatric HIV research.
