Senior International Expert. Native bee conservation & sustainable beekeeping

Eric Guerin is an Asian bee conservation, sustainable beekeeping, and environmental management specialist with 30 years of experience as a scientist and consultant. They possess 25 years of expertise in biologist roles focused on native bee conservation, sustainable beekeeping, fish and freshwater ecosystems, and ecotourism, particularly in France and Southeast Asia. Currently, they lecture on the conservation of Cambodia's native bees at the University of Minnesota and lead a national program on sustainable beekeeping and native bee conservation in Cambodia through UNESCO. Eric has held various significant positions, including directing programs for Osmose NGO and serving as a consultant for numerous organizations, while actively contributing to awareness campaigns and educational initiatives for pollinator conservation.
