Harmendra Singh

Harmendra Singh is an Evaluation Team Leader with 18 years of experience in Monitoring, Evaluation, Learning (MEL), and Information Systems across various sectors, including education, governance, and health, primarily in fragile settings such as Afghanistan and India. They have held roles with organizations such as UNESCO, UNICEF, and the World Bank, focusing on building MEL systems and managing evaluations. Currently, Harmendra is a Senior Expert in Monitoring and Information Management Systems at UNESCO, a Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist for the World Bank in Afghanistan, and also holds positions with USAID, the EU Delegation in New Delhi, and UNDP/ADB as an Evaluation Team Leader. In addition to their extensive experience, Harmendra holds degrees in Economics, Information Management, and Adult Education from Delhi University, and a Master’s in Evaluation from Germany.
