James Wright is a Programme Specialist at UNESCO since July 2023 and serves as a Visiting Lecturer at Queen Mary University of London. Previously, James held the position of Research Associate at The Alan Turing Institute from August 2020 to July 2023 and at The University of Sheffield from June 2019 to July 2020. Additionally, James was a Michelin Fellow at EHESS for part of 2019. Academic experience includes completion of a PhD in Science and Technology Studies and Cultural Anthropology from The University of Hong Kong, where James was a candidate from 2014 to 2018.
