Keith Holmes

Keith Holmes is an experienced education professional currently serving as a Research Coordinator for UNESCO, focusing on the UNITWIN/UNESCO Chairs Programme in Education Research and Foresight. Prior to this role, Keith held positions as Programme Specialist in Education Research and Foresight and in the Division for Policies and Lifelong Learning Systems at UNESCO, and worked as an Education Specialist at the European Training Foundation. Additional roles include Lecturer in Education at the Centre for International Education, University of Sussex, and Resident Fellow at IIEP-UNESCO.
